Welcome to the Shotokann Referral Program! To ensure a fair and rewarding experience for all participants, we have established the following guidelines. By participating in our referral program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

How the Referral Program Works

  1. Share our website link (www.shotokann.com) with your friends.
  2. Your friends place an order and complete their purchase.
  3. Notify us of the order number associated with your referral.
  4. After verifying the purchase, we will transfer $40 USD to your PayPal account for each successful referral.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The referral must be a first-time customer at Shotokann.
  • The referred purchase must be completed and not canceled or refunded.
  • Referrals from family members, self-purchases, or coordinated fraudulent activities are not allowed and will result in disqualification.

Payment Terms

  • Payments will be processed 30 days after the referred purchase to ensure the transaction is final.
  • The $40 USD reward will be sent via PayPal only. A valid PayPal account is required to receive payment. Please note that the amount you receive may be less than $40 USD due to PayPal's operational fees or deductions applied to your account.

Anti-Fraud Policy

  • All transactions are subject to review. Suspicious activities, including but not limited to self-referrals or fabricated transactions, will result in exclusion from the program.
  • If a referred purchase is disputed, canceled, or refunded during the 30-day review period, no payment will be issued.
  • We reserve the right to withhold or revoke rewards in cases of confirmed fraud.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a reward was unfairly denied, please contact our support team at service@shotokann.com with relevant details. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.

Program Modifications and Termination

Shotokann reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Changes will be updated on this page.
