Hand-forged and polished with 12 different procedures, the Jian Huang Long is a sword without an edge, designed to be both a piece of art and a safe training tool. With its 2048-layer Damascus steel blade and Honsanmai structure, it offers a combination of flexibility and strength, providing stable and precise handling.

• Blade Material: 1060 carbon steel core (Shintetsu) + 1095 carbon steel folded 11 times, creating 2048 layers of Damascus steel around the core (Kawatetsu), Honsanmai structure.

The blade of the Jian Huang Long is hand-forged and polished with 12 different procedures, using high-purity carbon steel. This ancient process ensures the maximum efficiency and strength of the blade, even without an edge.

Hi:

The grooves along the central part of the blade were added to provide audible feedback during handling and to make the sword lighter without compromising its stability and strength.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

The crafting time for your personalized sword is approximately 15 days. After production, your sword will be shipped directly from Hong Kong, where our forge is located, using the best available air courier at the time.
