Hand-forged and polished through 12 different processes, the Ninjato Takahashi offers a perfect balance of cutting, durability, weight, and practicality. Its blade, made of 9260 steel, is specifically designed for cuts and impacts. Sharp and resilient, the Takahashi has passed all cutting tests (Tameshigiri), being effective in both heavy and light cuts.

Blade Details:

The blade of the Ninjato Takahashi is hand-forged and polished through 12 different processes, using extremely pure steel. This millennia-old process ensures a sharp, durable, and visually impressive blade, with inscriptions representing the values of Bushido.

Tsuba:

Located above the saya, the tsuba of this sword is decorated and made through metal fusion. It serves to protect the user's hand from slipping onto the blade during training practice.

Habaki (Blade Collar):

The Habaki is a metal piece that separates the blade from the sheath, with both aesthetic and functional roles, ensuring a firm union of both. Small scratches are normal due to use.

Hi:

The grooves on the part of the blade opposite the edge were added to provide audible feedback during practice and to make the sword lighter, without compromising its stability and strength.

The crafting time for your personalized sword is approximately 15 days. After production, your sword will be shipped directly from Hong Kong, where our forge is located, using the best available air courier at the time.
